When you submit the form, AHN receives the information you enter to assess and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing lists or shared with parties unrelated to technical message processing.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed to respond, follow up on a potential professional relationship and meet applicable obligations.
Protection
The form uses validation and anti-spam measures. Technical providers may process data exclusively to deliver those services.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted information by using the contact form again and identifying your request.
Biblioteca and Google Drive
Biblioteca is an internal AHN tool. It accesses Google Drive only with the account owner's authorization, and only to read, upload and organize files in that same Drive. Information obtained from Google APIs is used only for the features the owner requests; it is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
